3 sets of: Right-Arm Suitcase Deadlift & 5” Hold x 5 reps Right Arm Skier Swings & 3” Buttom Hold x 10 Reps Left-Arm Suitcase Deadlift & 5” Hold x 5 reps Left Arm Skier Swings & 3” Buttom Hold x 10 Reps Rest as needed

B. STRENGTH

Tabata This: 15R (45” On / 20”Off) Romanian Deadlift Push-Ups Alternating Reverse Lunges with DBs Right Side Plank

C. WOD

Against a 2-minute running clock, complete as many reps as possible of: 10 Single-Arm Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatch (Left Arm) 10 Single-Arm Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatch (Right Arm)

Rest 1’30” between sets, and complete a total of 4 sets for SCORE max reps.
